Mindful Therapy
Transforming Pain Into Power
How Is Mindful Therapy Different?
What makes Mindful Therapy different is that Christina takes people into their bodies and works with them there. Even though talking is an important component, to her it’s just the beginning. Christina believes that in order to heal pain, grief, depression, etc., that you have to feel it and transform it.
How Will Mindful Therapy Help Me?
Once you move through discomfort and emotions that don’t serve you, something amazing happens! You begin to understand yourself more intimately, along with your needs, desires, and boundaries. In fact, Christina believes that it is only by finding a deep, intimate connection with yourself that you can forge that depth with another human being.
What Changes Should I Expect?
Christina takes the barriers and blocks that you’ve felt for years and guides you to make them into doorways of change. If you have the courage and desire to live in a more grounded and emotionally healthy body then Mindful Therapy is for you!
